Don't you wish your pet could talk?

We had a green parrot growing up, his name was rodney and he was a total bastard!
I've always wanted a parrot.
My cat does talk, he just isn't very good at English.
When I started playing this my own bird started to pay attention. Solomon says, "you okay?" a lot, but he won't tell me he loves me. :(
He also tells me when it's 'night night time'.
This boy sure is a sweetie!
Alex, the cat who owns me, does talk. However, he demands that I learn to understand “cat language” if I am to understand what he says.
Flutter-I'd love to hear about the little bastard!
Des-Of course cats talk! Peanut talks too but with the British accent he got from his mom and the Cajun accent he got from his dad-I can't understand a word.
Courtney-I forgot you had a bird. So you'll never forget when it's night night time-that's good. Don't you think this lady's voice is perfect for teaching a bird to talk? I've never even had one and when I found this video that's the first thought I had.
Nick-I saw on a documentary about cats that when they narrow their eyes at someone it's sign of wanting to be friends. Does Alex do this a lot?
What a cool bird. I sent the link to my son, I'm sure he will get a big kick out of it.
We had a Myna for a couple of years when I was a kid. He belonged to a friend of the family who went overseas for awhile and couldn't take him along.
His name was Otis and he used to say "Laurie, I love you." He learned to swear from one of my dad's poker buddies and he could mimic my mom perfectly.
He was a real joy to have around (except for the swear words, which didn't make my mom very happy).
I have always wanted a parrot!
